| She was assigned to a small intelligence base, Vint Hill Farms, in Virginia where she began managing Army acquisition efforts. She relocated to Heidelberg, Germany for several years, broadening her overall knowledge of Army operations in the manpower and resource management fields for HQ-USAEUR. |
Upon completion of her overseas assignment, Gail returned to Vint Hill Farms, VA and resumed her role as Program Manager for multiple Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems. She was selected to attend the prestigious Army Management Staff College (AMSC), Fort Belvoir, VA during 1995. Following AMSC graduation, she immediately relocated to Fort Monmouth, New Jersey and continued to broaden her career, serving in key staff positions within CECOM's Logistics Readiness Center.
While residing in NJ, Gail's astute management skills lead the physical relocation of 300+ personnel and reorganization of 3,000+ personnel within that organization. Facing the challenge of meeting DoD's direction to jointly manage data link programs, Gail was selected to pioneer the first co-located Common Data Link Team at Robins Air Logistics Center, Warner Robins, GA.
In collaboration with Air Force, Navy, and Army counterparts, she successfully established a joint contractual vehicle that minimized costs and maximized performance in both developmental and fielded systems. Gail has been intimately involved in the research and development phase of the Multi-Role Tactical Common Data Link (MR-TCDL), the world's most robust technology ever designed. Her vast experience within the DoD environment, combined with her entrepreneur spirit, led to the establishment of 10db Gain, LLC.
